The company carries cargoes from the People's Republic of China (PRC) using Il-76TD airplanes. As required by the Chinese party, any aircraft used for cargo transportation from the PRC should be included in the Operator's Certificate of the carrier. The level of our transportation operations suggests the use of several Il-76TD aircraft. In this regard, we ask you to consider the possibility of mutually beneficial cooperation. If your aircraft include any Il-76TD airplane which is inoperative for technical reasons, we are ready to take part, in a mutually agreed format, in its bringing into an airworthy condition (including in the event that the airplane lacks one to four D-30KP-2 engines). We are interested in employing such aircraft in the performance of flights from the PRC under our program by including it in our Operator's Certificate. 		Our company is interested in the purchase (or financial leasing) of an Il-76TD airplane. An aircraft with a full life between repairs is required. We would like to consider a "dry" lease on the Customer's terms.
